Sea-Legs, Inc. is a non-profit organization qualified to receive tax deductible donations under section 501(c)3 of the tax code. Every year, generous boat owners donate their boats to us as we upgrade and expand our fleet. These boats eventually are sold. The revenue stream from the sale of donated boats has become an important source of income for us during the current economic downturn.
